There’s a video on Instagram of a street vendor making coffee that way.

In the video, there is an old man who is really smart. He converted his bicycle into a coffee shop on wheels. There is a large metal bucket hanging on one side of the bike with a jug inside. And on the other side, there is a special cooker with a long pipe and a round knob.

Here’s how it works: First, he pours milk, coffee, and sugar into the jug. Then, he places the jug near the cooker and sticks the pipe from the cooker into the jug. When he turns the knob, pressure from the cooker goes into the jug and it starts boiling.

The video’s title says, “Have you ever tried making coffee in a pressure cooker?” It has been watched by more than 3.8 million people and received many comments. One person said, “I used to have coffee like this at all the weddings I attended as a child.” Another comment mentioned, “This method was used in Indian homes from the 1950s to the 1990s to froth coffee, so it’s not new, but it’s new to this generation.” Someone else wrote, “This is a great life hack, similar to what they do at Starbucks to heat the drink.
